Student of RMT and 200 hr Nature Immersion YTT Certified, I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. I provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate classes.
We offer an in studio and online Flow and Restore Class as well as a variety of 1:1 classes or private group events for all levels, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. Classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
A perfect balance of movement and relaxation, Flow & Restore Yoga begins with gentle, breath-linked movements to warm the body and calm the mind. After flowing through mindful poses, the class transitions into deeply restorative postures using props for full support. This class is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness. In this class, you will hold passive floor-based poses for extended periods (typically 3-5 minutes) to gently stress and lengthen the connective tissues, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation. By targeting the fascia, joints, and ligaments, Yin Yoga helps release tension, increase mobility, and cultivate a sense of inner stillness.
This practice is ideal for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, and offers a perfect complement to more dynamic styles of yoga or high-intensity workouts. Expect a calming atmosphere with guided breathwork and meditative techniques to help you surrender into each posture.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you will settle into passive, fully supported poses that are held for an extended duration (5-10 minutes).
